Terms & Conditions
Concept Television Studios Limited ("we", "us") provides the products and services described on this page to the customer accepting these terms ("you"). These placeholder terms are shown until you publish your own under Admin → Terms & Conditions; published terms are versioned and customers are asked to re-accept when they change.
1. Services and fees
You agree to pay the fees shown at the point of order. Unless stated otherwise fees are exclusive of VAT, invoiced in advance and non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
2. Your responsibilities
You will provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure and use the services lawfully.
3. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law and our privacy notice. Marketing emails are only sent with your consent and every email contains an unsubscribe link.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
5. Termination and law
Either party may end the agreement for material breach not remedied within 14 days of notice. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
